Weekly Roundup
Another eventful week comes to an end and, apart from enjoying some glorious Spring sunshine, we have had a delightful abundance of experiences:
Fiesta Class visited Godstone farm and got close to the animals.
Apollo class attended the Marjorie McClure Dance Festival and took part in an inclusive celebration of dance and movement.
Our Bronze Arts Award pupils performed at the Tate Modern @tategallery in London, teaming up with Marjorie McClure school to create a musical piece based on the work of artist Franz West. The group also visited @ReynoldsPerformingArts college and had fun sharing performances and teaching each other routines.
We hosted a Family Cinema Night where families enjoyed the film 'Coco' in our sensory friendly environment with some tasty popcorn. Congratulations to Jaiden and his family who won Odeon tickets! (For all those who attended, please complete the feedback forms so that we can pass on to cinemas any information that will help them make cinema screenings more sensory friendly and accessible). Thank you to @DigitalCinemaMedia for supporting this event.
A group of pupils from across both school sites visited Bromley Methodist Church. Thank you to @BromleyMethodist for welcoming us.
